Why do you like teaching?
Yoga and Pilates helped me discover muscles I didn't know existed and also stretched me another 0.5cm!! Who would have thought. I teach because I see how the practices are complementary and can really make a difference on your body. My practice has changed over the years and I see the real value in the physical and spiritual practices of Yoga and Pilates
