Sophie Kassim is a body movement specialist who wants to live in a world where there are no frogs, everyday is flipflop-day and hugs and smiles are in abundant supply.
Sophie was originally drawn to yoga because she wanted to able to touch her toes, but she soon realised that yoga was more than just a stretch and a workout but a way for her to be flexible in her mind as well as in her body. She loves to dance, which why she is attracted to the power of vinyasa flow, as it allows her to move mindfully and gracefully with every breathe.
She delivers a unique spin to her classes by combining her passion of empowering women through body language, with her love for yoga and pilates.
