Rhea started yoga in 2011 after having a hectic stressful life as Oilfield Services Engineer and suffered from multiple injuries. She went to Parmarth Niketan Ashram Rishikesh, India to learn all about yoga, then fell in love with meditation and ashtanga/vinyasa. She went to Jakarta Ashtanga Yoga Shala to deepen her practice in traditional Ashtanga and mysore style guided by Nilesh R. Tiwari, where she learnt not only Ashtanga but yoga as a union. She also participated to learn yoga therapy, pranayama, meditation, yoga sutra, mudra and also attended various workshop e.g back bending, inversion, hip opening, vinyasa, yoga nidra, chanting and kirtan.
Along with moving abroad, sheI continued her journey guided by Ganesh Upadhyay in Kuala Lumpur and Stanley Lim in Singapore
