Pearl is trained in the tradition of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, and believes that the physical challenges encountered in yoga practice inadvertently transforms the mind.
Pearl has as self-practice is inspired by Dharma Mittra, a dynamic, fluid style she picked up while living in London, and practiced under Mark Kan and Emi Takahashi Tull.
Why do you like teaching?
I love that I am able to share what I have benefited from so much. The grace, focus and strength of all who attend my classes are a constant source of inspiration to me. I am ever so grateful and humbled, to be able to provide guidance in someone's yoga journey
